Job Description – Psychology Counselor
Position: Psychology Counselor
Location: Kuloi, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students.
Support students with emotional, behavioral, academic, and personal challenges.
Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.
Guide students on stress management, mental well-being, and career-related concerns.
Work closely with teachers and parents to support students' overall development.
Organize awareness programs and workshops on mental health and life skills.
Refer students to specialized professionals when necessary.

Requirements
Eligibility:




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
Diploma/Certification in Counseling is preferred.
Valuable communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in school counseling is preferred but dedicated freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Typical school counselor qualifications include a Psychology degree along with counseling training or experience.
