In this role, you will work closely with business partners to gather and document system requirements, ensuring that our technology solutions align with their needs. As a key member of an Agile team, you will collaborate with developers and testers to guide the design and implementation of system enhancements. Your ability to review completed work and effectively demo solutions to business partners is crucial for ensuring their expectations are met. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential as you coordinate efforts across various stakeholders.

Requirements

Total Work Experience
- Minimum Required: 4-6 years
- Preferred: 7-9 years

English Proficiency
- Minimum Required: Fluent

Experience Requirements:
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience as a Product Owner.

- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and make informed decisions that impact the team.

Prioritization Skills
- Competence in prioritizing work items to support business objectives and enabling teams to adapt to changes in goals.

Other Critical Skills
- Demo / Presentation Skills - Intermediate
- Written Communication / Requirements - Advanced
- Preferred experience in Personal Lines Insurance.

Software / Tool Skills
