Requirements:
MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPaed or equivalent).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or outpatient setting.
Strong knowledge of pediatric growth and development milestones, immunization schedules, and common childhood illnesses.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and parents.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team under pressure.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous career development.
Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency response as required.
