Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work As a Process Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, analyzing defects, and providing actionable solutions. You will focus on ensuring the quality of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) for data centers and critical power applications.

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Power – Critical Power- UPS Business to be based at NELAMANGALA, BANGALORE, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Quality Planning & Process Control Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, inspection checklists, CTQ parameters, and Quality Gates to ensure robust process control and product quality.
- Continuous Improvement & Defect Resolution Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY), implement process improvements and automation initiatives, and utilize DMAIC and 8D methodologies to analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Customer Quality & Compliance Management Manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, support customer audits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and certification
