- Knowledge of Soil, Crop Production and their management, Identification of pest diseases and nutrient of agriculture
- Advocating for organic /Natural farming awareness and promoting sustainable agricultural practices & Reviewing the operator file with all documents
- Excellent training and communication skills to work effectively with small farmers or Local Groups
- Conducting training sessions on applicable organic /Natural farming standards and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing certificates & presenting the file to Certification Committee or reviewer.
- Provide necessary support to coordinators in handling complaints and follow up actions in case of inspected/audited operators. Having a proactive attitude and effectively discussing project requirements
- Preparation of farm management, including crop planning, planting, cultivation, harvesting, pest and disease control, and post-harvest handling for certification.
- Preferred candidate profile:- Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture or other related fields in Organic and Natural Farming, Required Experience 1 to 7 Years
