About the Role

NXL Technologies is looking for a disciplined and performance-driven Digital Assets Trader (Crypto Futures) to manage and actively trade the firm’s cryptocurrency capital across spot and perpetual futures markets.

This role is ideal for traders who combine technical expertise, strong risk management, and consistent execution.

At NXL, we prioritize capital preservation over aggressive profits, focusing on long-term consistency and controlled performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute discretionary trades in spot and futures markets
- Develop structured trade plans (entry, exit, stop-loss, take-profit, position sizing)
- Perform advanced technical and market analysis
- Monitor funding rates, liquidity, volatility, and market sentiment
- Strictly follow risk management frameworks
- Maintain trading journals and performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of hands-on crypto futures trading experience
- Robust knowledge of leverage, liquidation, and market structure
- Proven risk management discipline
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Verified trading track record preferred
