We're looking for a talented Brand Identity Designer to join Nolox.

We're looking for someone who is relentlessly curious, obsessed with craft, and capable of turning strategy into meaningful visual identities. Someone who enjoys researching, thinking deeply, exploring ideas, and creating work with purpose.

You'll work closely with our Creative Directors to create premium brand identities for startups, D2C, and B2B companies across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Design complete brand identity systems from concept to execution
- Design distinctive logomarks and wordmarks
- Develop typography systems, color palettes, iconography, illustrations, and supporting brand assets
- Design premium packaging for D2C brands
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines
- Conduct research and translate strategic insights into meaningful visual identities
- Explore multiple creative directions before refining the strongest concept
- Participate in internal brainstorming and creative reviews
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors throughout the design process




- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency across every deliverable

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Brand Identity Design
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects from concept to execution
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into visual systems
- Strong expertise in designing logomarks and wordmarks
- Strong understanding of symbolism, typography, color, iconography, illustration, and art direction
- Ability to build cohesive and memorable brand identity systems
- Excellent typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout skills
- Strong understanding of color theory
- Experience designing packaging
- Experience creating skilled brand guidelines
- Research-driven with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to connect ideas into meaningful designs
