Video has become central to how brands communicate online, and we're looking to strengthen our in-house editing capabilities.

This role exists to:
- Build and scale our in-house video editing function.




- Deliver high-quality video output across brands and campaigns.
- Improve turnaround times and creative consistency.
- Reduce dependency on external resources.
- Help brands win in an increasingly video-first world.

What You'll DoVideo Editing & Execution
- Edit videos for performance campaigns, social media, and branded content.
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging content.
- Ensure strong pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.

Content Creation
- Work across both short-form and long-form content formats.
- Adapt edits for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Bring a strong sense of narrative and flow to every piece of content.

Creative Enhancement
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Enhance content using music, sound design, and platform-native formats.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
