Any Qualification (10th/12th/ITI/Diploma/UG/PG)

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Age: 18 - 26 Yrs

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

Support production and assembly operations.

Operate machines under supervisor guidance.

Inspect product quality and maintain production standards.

Follow safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workplace.

Complete assigned production targets.

Salary & Benefits

1st Year

Stipend: ₹16,005-20,005/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

Skill Bonus (Only For All Clear Candidates): ₹1,000/month

Retention Bonus: ₹12,000





2nd Year

Stipend: ₹17,005-21,005/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

3rd Year

Stipend: ₹18,005-22,005/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month
