Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. The role includes maintaining bar hygiene, managing stock, following standard recipes, and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal regulations related to alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet guests warmly and recommend beverages based on their preferences.
- Ensure quick, courteous, and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and glassware.
- Perform opening and closing bar procedures.
- Monitor bar inventory and inform the supervisor about low stock.
- Ensure proper storage of beverages and ingredients.




- Verify guest age before serving alcoholic beverages where required.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Minimize wastage and prevent pilferage.
- Maintain knowledge of current beverage menus, promotions, and signature cocktails.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Required Skills
- Excellent cocktail and mocktail preparation skills.
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and premium beverages.
