Head of Design (CorelDRAW & Photoshop)The Role

We're looking for a
Head of Design
to lead both our
product design
and
creative design
functions. This is a leadership role for someone who can seamlessly move between developing production-ready jewellery collections and creating compelling visual assets that elevate our brand across every customer touchpoint.

You'll oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning manual sketch artists, CAD designers, and graphic designers, ensuring excellence in everything from jewellery concepts and technical drawings to trade show branding, catalogues, presentations, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.

This role demands genuine technical range: expert-level CorelDRAW skills, robust working knowledge of Rhino and Matrix, an exceptional eye for design and branding, and a deep understanding of jewellery engineering and manufacturing.

What You'll OwnCreative & Design Leadership
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team including manual sketch artists, CAD designers.
- Establish and maintain high standards across product design,



branding, and visual communication.
- Develop scalable design processes and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.

Concept-to-Collection Execution
- Transform rough briefs, market trends, client references, or early-stage ideas into cohesive, production-ready jewellery collections.
- Curate collections with consistency in motifs, finishes, commercial appeal, and brand positioning.

Brand & Visual Communication
- Oversee the design of all marketing and sales collateral, including:
- Trade show booths, standees, banners, and promotional graphics
- Catalogues, brochures, presentations, and sales tools
- Social media creatives and digital campaigns
- Website graphics, email assets, and product launch materials
- Packaging, branding, and visual identity assets
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects a premium, globally consistent brand aesthetic.
