Role Description
The RPA Developer role at Lotus Gurukul is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the RPA Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort. Daily responsibilities include understanding process requirements, creating workflows, configuring bots,



maintaining documentation, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs. The RPA Developer will monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize existing scripts, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards. The role also involves contributing to best practices, supporting user training, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the automation ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and experience building end-to-end automation workflows.
