Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Product Owner to lead the end-to-end Business Intelligence product roadmap, enterprise reporting strategy, and executive decision-support capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, architects, and BI developers to deliver scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the BI product roadmap, backlog, and release planning.
- Define and deliver executive dashboards, reporting solutions,



and KPI frameworks.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting products.
- Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, security, and dashboard performance.
- Drive stakeholder adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and AI-enabled analytics.
- Mentor BI teams and establish best practices for dashboard development and governance.

Required Skills
- 10–14 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, BI Product Ownership, or Data Leadership.
- Strong expertise in

ower BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Performance Optimization.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Data Lake
