About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Sales Lead Generation Specialist
to drive business opportunities across the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting activities, and scheduling meetings for the SAP sales team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, experience in B2B lead generation, and a strong understanding of SAP consulting services and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified SAP sales leads across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Identify key decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, ERP Managers, Procurement Heads, CFOs, and Business Leaders.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.




- Research target companies and identify SAP implementation, migration, support, AMS, upgrade, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for SAP Sales Consultants.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads until they become sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and account-based outreach.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
- Stay updated on SAP products, services, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Experience targeting Middle East customers is highly preferred.
