We are looking for a passionate
Software Developer – MERN Stack
to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work across the full stack to design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications that support enterprise-grade business workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js/Express.js for the backend.
- Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Integrate third-party services and internal APIs into business applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following coding best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript knowledge is an added advantage).
- Solid experience with React.js, including Hooks and modern state management techniques.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
- Practical expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and aggregation.
- Valuable understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies.
- Experience working on SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
