Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant based in Chennai, with some flexibility for work from home. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and activities. The role involves handling reservations, coordinating with travel partners and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries,



providing clear information on pricing and policies, resolving service issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and offers. The Travel Consultant will also use booking systems and communication tools to deliver efficient, high-quality service while meeting performance and customer satisfaction goals.
