About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who can independently own and drive the full marketing function, from business development and lead generation to SEO, content, influencer marketing, and web presence. This is a builder's role for someone who blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, works comfortably with AI tools to move faster and smarter, and takes full ownership of client relationships and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (BD): Identify, pitch, and convert current business opportunities; build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and partnerships.

Lead Marketing: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across channels; own the funnel from awareness to conversion.

GEO & Content Marketing: Drive on-page and off-page SEO strategy; plan, create, and manage content calendars across blogs, website, and social platforms.

Influencer Marketing: Identify relevant influencers/creators, manage outreach, negotiate collaborations, and track campaign ROI.

Web Design & Content:



Oversee website content, structure, and updates; ensure the site reflects brand positioning and is optimized for conversions.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the graphics and video editing team to brief, review, and deliver creative assets on schedule.

Client Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for clients
