Lead the front desk operations to ensure a seamless patient journey by delivering exceptional service, coordinating appointments, supporting clinical workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of patient experience at Aevum.

- Manage daily front desk operations.
- Lead and supervise the front office team.
- Handle guest appointments, registrations, and check-outs.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams.
- Maintain front office SOPs and service standards.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor team performance.
- Ensure accurate billing coordination and documentation.
