Role Description
The Production Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves planning and managing end-to-end production for events, including coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. The Production Executive will oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensure quality standards are met, and handle logistical arrangements such as materials, equipment, and on-ground setup. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production workflows,



resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting the delivery of digitally integrated experiential campaigns. The individual will also contribute to process improvements and ensure all events comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to handle event workflows and resources efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in event production, experiential marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site during events, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity
