SAPA Bakery is looking for an experienced and passionate
Senior Chef de Partie (Senior CDP)
to join our Continental Kitchen team. If you have a strong background in continental cuisine, enjoy leading a section, and are committed to delivering exceptional food quality, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section during preparation and service.

• Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes with consistency.

• Support menu development, recipe standardization, and product trials.

• Supervise and mentor Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.

• Ensure mise en place, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.

• Monitor portion control,



minimize wastage, and assist with inventory management.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

✔ 4–5 years of experience in a qualified continental kitchen (CDP/Senior CDP level preferred).

✔ Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques, sauces, grilling, roasting, and plating.

✔ Culinary diploma or professional certification preferred.

✔ Leadership skills with the ability to train and guide junior team members.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
