Must Have
- Domestic India recruitment experience ONLY
- Based in Hyderabad
- 5–8 years of Technology Recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for India GCCs
- Job Portals, LinkedIn and Database
- Solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.
- Source, screen, and engage top technology talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires.
- Build talent pipelines for niche technology skills.
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
