AICines is an AI-powered video generation and streaming platform — where viewers become creators with a single tap. US-registered, operating from Hyderabad, building at the intersection of AI and entertainment.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing — someone who's already run real ad budgets, worked with creators, and knows the difference between a vanity metric and a number that moves the business.

What you'll own:

→ Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and App Store Ads — from setup to daily CPI monitoring to scaling winners and killing losers

→ Analyze campaign data, pull insights, and help plan what we run next — not just execute, but think

→ Coordinate with creators and influencers for content collaborations and Partnership Ads

→ Create and edit short-form marketing content — you should have a feel for what works on Reels, Shorts, and social feeds

→ Work with agencies — evaluate proposals, compare numbers, hold them accountable on deliverables

→ Track attribution across tools like Branch Analytics,



Meta Events Manager, Google Analytics

→ Represent the company at events and pitches when needed — you'll need to be articulate and confident

What we're looking for:

→ 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing

→ Has actually managed Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads — not just boosted posts

→ Understands CPI, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion funnels, and knows which levers to pull

→ Has worked with influencers, creators, or agencies in some capacity

→ Has a creative side — can ideate, script, or produce short-form video content

→ Solid communication skills — written and verbal. You'll be on calls, presenting plans, and pitching the product

→ Data-driven — comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign analytics

→ Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
