Role Description
The Business Development Executive role at Mindenious is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and engage in lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and outreach campaigns. The role includes nurturing relationships with institutional partners, corporate stakeholders, and other key accounts to drive growth and collaboration. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research,



prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The individual will also be responsible for meeting revenue targets, reporting performance metrics, and representing the brand at events, demos, and partner meetings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
