Role Description
The Production Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting end-to-end production activities within the studio and workshop. This role assists with coordinating fabric and trim sourcing, preparing materials for cutting and sampling,



and tracking production timelines to ensure collections are delivered on schedule. The Production Assistant works closely with designers, pattern makers, and tailors to monitor garment quality, ensure adherence to specifications, and help resolve production issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate production records, organizing inventory, supporting dispatch preparation, and liaising with internal teams and partners for smooth workflow. The role also includes occasional customer-facing support for fittings, alterations, and order coordination, contributing to an efficient and high-quality client experience.
