Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain / Electronics / Commerce with 2–4 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in electronics/electrical manufacturing.

Role Overview:

To manage and control the receipt, storage, issuance, and accounting of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods in line with company policies and manufacturing requirements, ensuring accuracy, timely availability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:





· Material Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials, electronic components, consumables, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate stock levels to support uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of electronic items.

· Inventory Control
- Maintain updated records of material inflow and outflow in ERP/software (SAP/Tally/Oracle/MS Dynamics, etc.).
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and cycle counts.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise purchase indents when required.

· Issuance & Dispatch
- Issue materials to production as per BOM (Bill of Materials) and production schedules.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams for material availability.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents for finished goods.

· Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and other documentation
