- Assess the client's level of mobility, strength, endurance and other physical abilities to determine the impact of an illness or injury on physical function at work and play.
- Examination, evaluation, treatment, and establishing plan of care for adults and geriatric population with various disabilities not limited to stroke, fractures, falls, balance deficits, traumatic brain injuries, cardiac and respiratory conditions, in collaboration with physicians and nurses.
- Diagnose physical conditions and develop treatment plans to restore movement and function and reduce pain or limitations to mobility.




- Establish treatment goals with patients based on physical diagnosis.
- Sound knowledge of the techniques of handling patients, medical terminologies, stretching exercises, cervical traction, etc.
- Updating plan of care, performing home evaluations for safety of members, and patient /family and caregiver training.
- Advice and encourage the members regarding planned treatment programs.
- Provided assistance to patients in perceptual, individual cognitive and physical programs.
- Carrying out the treatment programs by using exercises and electrotherapy modalities, etc..
- Measure clients' progress regularly, adjust treatment accordingly and work towards reaching the monthly targets.
- Advise clients on how to manage their conditions independently and help them prevent avoidable recurrences or complications.
