About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven
Paid Media Specialist
with a minimum of
2 years of hands-on experience
in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across
Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce platforms
. The ideal candidate should have prior
agency experience
and a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Quick Commerce platforms (such as Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms)
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.




- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, and other tracking tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API
- Experience managing Quick Commerce advertising platforms.
