We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural design lifecycle from concept to project handover.
- Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, PMC, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, building regulations, and statutory approvals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Solid experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, site execution, and consultant coordination.
