Job Summary**

Lead and manage the sales team in Udaipur for Loan Against Property (LAP) products, driving revenue growth and market share through effective strategy implementation and team development.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the Udaipur region.
* Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous performance improvement and professional development.
* Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, DSA partners, and financial intermediaries.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to sanction and disbursement, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings effectively.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.




* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to streamline processes and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to LAP sales.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Udaipur real estate market and local demographics.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
