The Role
Deliver accurate and reliable benefits and recognition administration, ensuring employees receive the right benefits at the right time and maintaining confidence in bps people services.
Maintain high-quality benefits data and payroll alignment, reducing errors, preventing rework, and supporting effective decision-making and reporting.
Resolve operational issues and service disruptions to conclusion, minimizing business impact and improving the employee and stakeholder experience.
Build effective partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders that enable consistent service delivery,
clear accountability, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
Drive measurable improvements in benefits operations, strengthening efficiency, simplifying processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Maintain compliance with digital security, privacy, and governance requirements, protecting employee data and reducing operational risk across the benefits technology landscape.
Develop and sustain robust process and knowledge documentation that supports operational resilience, consistency, and effective service continuity.
Essential requirements
Experience supporting the administration of employee benefits, recognition, HR, payroll, or other operational people processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain high-volume data accurately, with a strong record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
