Lumiere-X is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in innovative aesthetic products, medical instruments, and advanced equipment. We are expanding our Dermatology Division and inviting passionate individuals to join our team.
Position: Field Business Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and market newly launched dermatology products, instruments, and advanced equipment to Skin Doctors, clinics, and hospitals
Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and provide product-related support to clients
Develop and manage strong relationships with doctors and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular field visits as per company protocols
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain accurate reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) as required
Who Can Apply:
Experienced candidates only.
Willingness to work in the field, comfortable with frequent travelling
Candidates already working in the Dermatology segment preferred
Science background mandatory (B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA Marketing/Sales, B.Pharm, M.Pharm or related fields)
Candidates with experience in Medical Devices or Pharma Sales are an added advantage
Preference will be given to local area candidates within the mentioned locations
Key Requirements:
Science background (must)
Experience in Dermatology/Medical/Pharma sales preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Self-driven, responsible, and target-oriented
Salary & Perks:
CTC: Negotiable (₹0–6 lakh p.a) depending on experience and performance
