Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Growth Strategist US Market to build and scale our presence in the US. This role is focused on generating sales opportunities, managing the US sales pipeline, and closing deals with mid to large-sized clients. The role requires strong outbound capability, comfort with US clients, and frequent travel to the US for business meetings.

This is not a passive account-handling role. You will be expected to actively create opportunities, own revenue targets, and represent the company in front of US prospects and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
- Own the complete sales cycle architecturefrom prospect identification through contract closure
- Build and maintain a robust, high-quality US sales pipeline through strategic outbound initiatives (prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, targeted campaigns, referral networks, strategic partnerships)
- Establish and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with organizational goals




- Implement disciplined sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics tracking

Client Strategy & Commercial Execution
- Lead consultative discovery processes with mid-market and enterprise-level prospects
- Develop customised solution narratives that address specific client business challenges
- Conduct commercial negotiations and execute contract closures independently
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Market Presence & Strategic Partnerships
- Execute planned business development travel across key US markets and client locations
- Represent the organization with skilled credibility at client sites, industry events, and strategic forums
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities in the US market
