Responsibilities:

* Handling export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs for smooth export operations.

* Ensure compliance with export laws, government policies, and trade regulations.

* Track shipments and provide updates to clients and internal teams.

* Support in payment follow-ups and maintaining export records.

* Research and identify new international markets and potential buyers.

* Work closely with the production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferably but not compulsorily in Business, International Trade, or a related field.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Good communication & interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of global trade regulations and export procedures.





* Quick learner with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
