Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead who can own the complete marketing function for luxury jewellery brands. This role combines brand strategy, creative direction, campaign execution, social media, content production, and team management. You will work closely with founders, creative teams, production partners, and performance marketers to build brands that stand out in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand marketing strategies.
- Build seasonal and annual campaign calendars.
- Maintain consistent luxury brand positioning across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on global luxury jewellery trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

Creative Direction
- Conceptualize campaigns from idea to execution.
- Lead mood boards, storytelling, scripting, and creative briefs.
- Plan and oversee luxury product shoots, fashion shoots, and celebrity/influencer collaborations.
- Ensure premium visual quality across all content.

Production Management
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, stylists,



makeup artists, editors, models, and production teams.
- Manage shoot planning, timelines, and execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Social Media & Content
- Own the social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Plan content calendars and campaign launches.
- Guide copywriting, storytelling, and content formats.

Campaign Management
- Launch integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align creatives with paid campaigns.
- Review campaign performance and optimize strategy.

Team Leadership
- Manage designers, editors, content creators, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with the ads team, creative team, and account managers.
- Ensure all teams execute according to brand strategy.
