Role Description
The Team Lead US Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role oversees day-to-day logistics operations for US-based clients, including shipment planning, load scheduling, and coordination with carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. The Team Lead monitors team performance, assigns tasks, resolves operational issues, and ensures timely, accurate documentation and communication.



Responsibilities include analyzing logistics data, optimizing processes, maintaining compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and providing regular performance reports. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with management to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with US-based clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills for managing schedules, shipments, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven team management and team leadership abilities, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and US logistics operations, including freight processes and documentation.
