Role Description
The FMCG Sales Specialist will focus on expanding and managing sales of fast-moving consumer goods within assigned territories, ensuring that Farmer First’s products reach retail outlets and end consumers effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting retail and distribution partners, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and monitoring stock levels and in-store visibility. The specialist will track sales performance,



prepare regular reports, gather market and competitor insights, and provide feedback to support pricing, promotion, and product placement decisions. The role also involves building strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers to support sustainable growth and brand trust. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thodupuzha.

Qualifications
- Robust sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in FMCG or related consumer products.
- Ability to plan and manage territories, conduct market visits, and analyze sales data to meet targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, distribution channels, and merchandising practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including farmers, distributors, and retailers.
