Cellmig Biolabs USA headquarter is searching for 3 research associates-human cell culture for biomedicine development.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform protocol guided biological experiments, proteome analyses, gene functional analyses with gene knockout, gene knock-in and gene knock-down
- Perform productive human cancer cell culture related experiments
- Maintain steady and high quality cell related biological experiments
- Take part in preparation of biomaterials for clinical validation tests
- Efficiently communicate with managers and regulators
- Design protocols for aimed cell biology experiments
- Independently perform cell culture related research and development
- Proactively solve problems and drive project advance
Experience, Education And Specialized Knowledge And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, or cell biology (or related field) with 4 years’ industrial experience with mammalian cell culture; or Master’s degree in biology, or cell biology (or related field) with 2 years’ industrial experience with mammalian cell culture; or PhD degree in biology, or cell biology (or related field).
- Primary cell culture work experience is a plus
- Experience with molecular work: transfection, qPCR, and western blotting
- USA citizen only
