Job Description
The
Assistant Manager – Debt Syndication
will be responsible for managing end-to-end debt fundraising and financing transactions for corporate clients. The role involves leading financial analysis, credit evaluation, transaction execution, lender engagement, client relationship management, and mentoring junior team members while working closely with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
