Assistant Manager – FP&A; (US Accounting)

Job Summary:
Atidiv is seeking an Assistant Manager – FP&A; to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for US-based clients and entities. This role will partner closely with accounting, payroll, and compliance teams to deliver accurate financial insights while ensuring adherence to US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial plans
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key business drivers
- Support leadership with financial models and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, payroll, and statutory requirements
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Partner with US stakeholders on finance-related queries
- Lead, review, and mentor junior team members
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support ad-hoc finance projects
Key Skills:
- Strong FP&A; and US GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Sage
- Exposure to ADP, Paychex preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
