Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Communications Speaking and Personality Development Trainer and Teacher. The trainer will design and deliver online sessions focused on spoken communication, public speaking, confidence building, and personality development for learners of varying ages and backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classes and workshops, monitoring learner progress,



and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, integrate innovative teaching methods, and align session content with overall educational goals. The role may also involve creating short written content and activities for learners, and supporting engagement through online platforms and social channels.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Personality Development and Training, with experience conducting workshops, classes, or coaching sessions.
- Ability to conduct Research and create structured Writing materials to support lessons, activities, and learner resources.
- Comfort using Social Media and online tools to engage learners, share educational content, and promote programs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including fluent spoken English and clear instructional delivery.
