We are looking for an
Integration Business Analyst
with strong experience in
SAP SuccessFactors
and a good understanding of
SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors integrations.
- Act as a bridge between business, functional, and technical teams.
- Create BRD/FRD, process flows, and support UAT activities.
- Collaborate with integration teams on SAP CPI-based interfaces.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Positive understanding of SAP CPI.
- Experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and UAT.
