Role Description
The Event Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound event-related inquiries, understanding client requirements, and preparing proposals and quotations for AV solutions and services.



The Event Sales Coordinator will coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure accurate bookings, timely setup, and smooth execution of corporate and social events. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer communication, following up on leads, maintaining records in sales or CRM tools, and supporting contract and payment processes. The role also involves assisting in event planning, ensuring all equipment and services are aligned with client expectations, and identifying opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Event planning and event management capabilities, including coordinating logistics and timelines for corporate and social functions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal team
