Pune
Experience:
6-10 years (maybe less if experience is there)
Number of openings

What awaits you/ Job Profile
- Prepare and clean complex CAD assemblies (full vehicle exterior and HVAC components) for CFD, including defeaturing, leakage sealing and gap fixing.
- Generate highquality STL surface meshes in ANSA and/or HyperMesh, tailored to aeroacoustic and HVAC flow requirements.
- Ensure mesh integrity and quality (no holes, overlaps, nonmanifolds; suitable element size, curvature and proximity control).
- Define and maintain consistent PID/part IDs and logical model structure for both exterior (body, mirrors, wheels, glass, underbody) and HVAC components.
- Split and export STL geometries into uFX-ready sets for exterior and HVAC use cases according to internal standards.
- Collaborate with CFD/aeroacoustic and HVAC simulation engineers as well as CAD/design teams to clarify geometry issues and ensure models meet project requirements.
What should you bring along
- Experience in CAD preparation and meshing (ANSA/HyperMesh)
