Quick Mortgage Service Pvt Ltd (QuickMTG) is expanding our underwriting team If you have solid experience in residential mortgage underwriting and want to work with a quick-growing B2B mortgage back-office operations company.

Role: Mortgage Underwriter

? Location: [Delhi / Remote]

? Experience: 2–3 years

What you’ll do:

• Underwrite Conventional, FHA, and VA loan files end-to-end

• Apply the 4Cs (Credit, Capacity, Collateral, Capital) to assess risk

• Run and Review DU/LP AUS findings

• Review income, asset, and credit documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Clear conditions and issue underwriting decisions within SLA

• Collaborate with processors and loan officers to resolve file discrepancies

What we’re looking for:

✅ 2–3 years of hands-on residential mortgage underwriting experience

✅ Strong working knowledge of Conventional/FHA/VA guidelines

✅ Proficiency with DU/LP or similar AUS tools

✅ Sharp eye for detail and strong risk assessment judgment

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
