- Prepare and review PHE (Plumbing & Public Health Engineering) and Fire Fighting system designs and drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Review shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, local authority regulations, and fire safety norms.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and progress.
- Resolve technical issues related to plumbing, drainage, water supply, sewerage, and fire fighting systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution of works.
- Assist in project planning, quantity estimation, and material approvals.




- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Plumbing, Water Supply, Drainage, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Familiarity with NBC, IS Codes, and relevant standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
