Position Summary

The Associate Consultant – IMS-QEHS is responsible for supporting and executing consulting assignments related to Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Operational Excellence, and Regulatory Compliance.





The Associate Consultant will work closely with Senior Consultants to conduct gap assessments, develop management system documentation, facilitate implementation, deliver training, conduct internal audits, and support certification readiness across diverse industry sectors.

The role requires robust technical knowledge, consulting aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation
- Execute IMS implementation projects in accordance with Smartedge's consulting methodology.
- Support project planning and milestone tracking.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings.
- Coordinate with customer teams throughout implementation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

2. Gap Assessment
- Conduct initial gap assessments against ISO standards.
- Review existing documentation and business processes.
