AEO / GEO Specialist (AI Search & LLM Optimization)

If you're curious about AI search, love experimenting, and enjoy finding new ways to increase brand visibility beyond traditional SEO, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- Optimize GRMI's digital presence for AI-powered search (AEO/GEO).
- Improve content discoverability across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and other LLM-driven platforms.
- Research user intent, prompts, and AI search behaviour to identify content opportunities.
- Work with the content and marketing teams to create AI-friendly, authoritative content.
- Monitor rankings, citations, mentions, and visibility across both traditional search and AI search platforms.
- Experiment with prompts, structured content, schema, and emerging optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SEO, AEO,



GEO, and AI search.

What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization & off page blogs.
- Curiosity to learn and experiment with AI search and LLM optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Points
- Experience with structured data, schema markup, and topical authority.
- Hands-on experience optimizing content for AI search or answer engines.
- Built content strategies that drive organic traffic and AI visibility.
