Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, conducting interviews, maintaining HR documentation,
and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will handle payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves supporting professional development, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Solid skills in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience in core HR operations such as onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in workplace ethics and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to manage HR data, maintain accurate records, and use HRIS or HR management tools effectively.
