Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) role based in Gurugram. The position involves managing the entire inside sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals with small and mid-sized businesses.



The Business Development Manager will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and use CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities. The role includes understanding customer needs, presenting SalaryBox’s value proposition, negotiating pricing and terms within defined guidelines, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and feedback. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, meeting or exceeding targets, and providing a high-quality, customer-centric experience.

Qualifications
- Strong inside sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in phone, video, and in-person interactions.
- Experience using CRM and sales productivity tools, with solid data organization and follow-up discipline.
- Understanding of SaaS, HR tech, or payr
