Flaura Tek is looking for a detail-oriented and highly efficient Order Processing Executive to manage the accurate and timely processing of online purchase orders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess robust analytical skills, and demonstrate exceptional accuracy while handling high-value transactions using company-issued banking instruments.
Key Responsibilities
* Process online purchase orders accurately and efficiently using designated banking instruments.
* Ensure timely execution of transactions while maintaining complete accuracy.
* Verify order details, pricing, payment information, and vendor requirements before processing.
* Maintain detailed transaction records and update internal MIS reports.
* Prepare and manage Excel-based reports for order tracking and reconciliation.
* Monitor order status and promptly report any discrepancies or payment issues.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and transactional information.
* Adhere to internal processes, compliance requirements, and company policies.




* Exercise a high level of responsibility, integrity, and diligence while handling financial transactions

Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
* Proficient in **Microsoft Office**, particularly **Microsoft Excel**.
* Hands-on experience working with Excel, including formulas, data management, filtering, sorting, pivot tables and report preparation.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
* Ability to work efficiently with numerical data and maintain organized records
* Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and extend working hours occasionally, based on business requirements.
